take 3 pieces of wires and shape like the musical signs with help of plieres
take another wire as base of bracelet
put beads in that wire and those musical signs
or give them any color you want to like golden
shape the wire another way as shown
and wear it
put the signs in it and you can wear any way you want to as above with beads or simply this one
