    Mushroom Risotto

    ingredients:
    -Rice
    -Onion
    -Garlic
    -Pill vegetable broth
    -Mushrooms
    -Oil
    -Salt and pepper
    -Margarine

    Cut the onion and garlic and saute diced, when the onion transparent add the mushrooms.
    Once the mushrooms are cooked add the rice and then slowly broth and season.
    Cook over low heat until the broth is absorbed. Remove from heat.
    Add a little margarine and stir.
    Serve.
