Nutty mushrooms on toast with a creamy soy sauce & parsley!

This is my Mum's classic mushrooms on toast recipe which was always my favourite and then I realised it was because of all the nuts.

You will need

10 Mushroom(s) Butter 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Soy Milk 1 ½ tbsp Ground Almonds Bread Fresh Parsley Balsamic Vinegar Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Pop some bread in the toaster. Slice the mushrooms and fry with a little butter until soft.

2. 

   Sprinkle in the sliced almonds.

3. 

   Add the soy sauce and ground almonds.

4. 

   Add the milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring until the sauce is thick.

5. 

   Serve the mushrooms on toast.

6. 

   Top with fresh parsley, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
