I baked this to take camping and it was so tasty and filling.

Instructions

    Pop the bread flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and warm water in a bread maker. If you don't have a machine, you can easily make it by hand too.

    Leave the bread to bake.

    Slice the Quorn sausages, mushrooms and red onion and fry up with the rosemary, sliced almonds and some olive oil.

    Just before the vegetables have cooked, splash with balsamic vinegar and cook for a few more minutes.

    Remove the baked bread from your machine and leave to cool.

    Cut the top half of the bread off.

    Scoop out the middle of the bread.

    Fill with your filling and top with goats cheese.

    Place the bread lid on top and take to your picnic.
