Bread dough needs to be refrigerated overnight.
You may need to add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Fry all ingredients together.
Set aside to cool.
Mix all ingredients together.
Knead for 10 mins until smooth.
Cover & Let rest for 10 mins.
Knead again for 5 mins.
Roll into a log & cut into 10 portions.
Oil cling film & roll each ball up.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Press out the balls of dough thin enough that you can almost see through.
Place an egg and some filling in the centre.
Fold into a square.
Fry with butter or ghee on both sides until golden.
