It's not really too difficult to make, but I'm not sure how to explain it :] But I've made a few of these & I thought I'd do a how-to

Description

It's not really too difficult to make, but I'm not sure how to explain it :] But I've made a few of these & I thought I'd do a how-to

Instructions

  1. Small img 7682

What you need: -Chains -Ring Base -Pendant -Jump Rings -Jewelry Pliers -Lobster Claw

  2. Small img 7681

Glue pendant to ring base (I switched to a silver cross instead of gold)

  3. Small img 7690

Connect the chain & the pendant with a jump ring

  4. Small img 7691

Measure how long you want the connecting chain to be - I made mine about 15cm, but ended up shortening it later on to about 13cm

  5. Small img 7687

These chains are for the bracelet part - measure your wrist around and decide how loose you want it to be. Don't make it too loose because the hand chain part might twist & you'll be adding extra space with the jump rings for the lobster claw

  6. Small img 7689

Start cutting more chains roughly the same size. I put them onto a pin so I can keep them together, maintain the size & keep track of the pattern I wanted. silver, silver, gold, bronze, black, bronze, gold, silver, silver...etc

  7. Small img 7694

Start attaching the bracelet chains to the hand chain one by one every link

  8. Small img 7697

Keep going until you're satisfied with the amount of chains you have. Separate them in the middle :)

  9. Small img 7700

Gather them onto one jump ring in order & then add another jump ring

  10. Small img 7701

Do the same thing to the other side & put a lobster claw clasp

    Attach & wear :D
