Mulled Gin & Tonic

A gin and tonic spiced with all the flavours of Christmas

You will need

2 oz Daffy Gin 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves 1/8 tsp Cinnamon 1/8 tsp Mixed Spice 1/8 tsp Nutmeg 4 drop Orange Bitters Ice Tonic Water Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin.

2. 

   Add each of the spices to your cocktail shaker.

3. 

   Add a few drops of orange bitters.

4. 

   Shake well and strain into a short glass filled with ice.

5. 

   Fill with tonic water.

6. Serve with a cinnamon stick.
