Decorated lamb curry.
Take the seeds out of red chili. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Saute onion, chili, a baby leaf, cloves, minced garlic and minced ginger until onion get lightly browned.
Add canned tomato, lamb, curry powder,cinnamon, vinegar and honey. Then pour boiled water. Simmer for about an hour.
Add yogurt, salt and pepper and simmer. Adjust the taste with soy sauce.
