This is easy to make & tastes great.
Serve it with boiled rice or noodles.
Fry the chicken in the oil.
Mix all other ingredients together except the corn flour.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Add the carrots & peppers
Simmer or 15 mins.
Mix corn flour with a little water.
Add to the chicken & stir to thicken the sauce.
Serve with rice/ noodles & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
