You Will Need (24 things)

Meatballs
- 2 lbs Beef Mince
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine
- 1 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 cup Spring Onions Thinly sliced
- Salt
- Pepper

Glaze
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Minced
- 1/2 cup Soya Sauce
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Garnish
- Spring Onions
- Sesame Seeds
Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

Heat oven 200 degrees.
Mix all the Meatball ingredients together.

Scoop into balls.
Place on baking tray.
Cook for 10-12 mins.

Glaze...
Combine all glaze ingredients together in a pan.
Bring to a boil & simmer until thickened.

Coat the Meatballs in the sauce.

Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onion.
Serve
