• 

  Step 1

  First,start peeling your potatoes.(Do I even have to mention washing it?)

  Step 2

  Second,dice up your potatoes into little cubes.Then chop up your bell pepper and onions into little pieces.

• 

  Step 3

  Third,get out the skillet and turn the heat on medium.Put the oil in the pan,and let it heat up.After that,put in your potatoes.Season potatoes lightly with salt and pepper.Cook until about fork tender for 10 minutes.

  Step 4

  Add in the green pepper and onions.Continue to cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and green peppers and onions are golden brown.

• Step 5

  At the end add in the taco meat to heat through.Make sure it's mixed in.Garnish with shredded cheese and let melt.(Also you can put sour cream on it too.)YUMMY!!!
