Description

One rainy day I was feeling in the cooking mood so i whipped up this quick mousse that is absolutely delicious!

Instructions

  1. Small dscn1901 1314396795

First pour the coffee and thirty marshmallows into a deep pot and heat it at a medium temperature. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted.

  2. Small dscn1915 1314396891

Once the marshmallows are melted add one and a half cups of chocolate chips. Stir quickly or the chocolate will burn.

  3. Small dscn1918 1314396980

Stick the mixture into your fridge/freezer (depending on how much time you have to spare)and let it cool thoroughly.

While the coffee-marshmallow mixture is cooling, follow the instructions on your dessert topping (a.k.a Dream whip) and beat until stiff.

Once the mixture is cooled, fold it into the whipped topping and it should look like this. <<<<<<<<<<

Once it's all mixed together and they're no white spots visible, scoop large amounts into big or small glasses. Depending on what size your glasses are, will determine how many servings you will get out of it. I was able to fill eight small ice cream glasses.

Garnish with shaved chocolate, a cherry, ect. and voila! your finished! Saran wrap, place in fridge overnight to let them set and prepare to be hooked the next morning!
