This is a rich & tasty dessert. Easy to make. I did find that the centre of the pie didn't set up as hard as the outside but I liked it that way as it gave the pie a bit of sauce & moisture. If you would prefer it to be set all the way then cook the pie for an extra few minutes. I have now discovered that the pie will set up hard through to the centre if you leave it in the fridge over night. I was just too impatient.

Melt butter. Crumb biscuits. Combine both together.
Press crumb into lined pie dish. Set aside for 30 mins.
Melt chocolate & butter together. Remove from heat, let cool for approx 10 mins.
Beat eggs & sugar together with an electric mixer until light & fluffy. ( triple in size)
Whisk in the chocolate mixture.
Add cocoa & cream to combine.
Pour into biscuit base. Bake for 45 mins until slightly risen. Leave to cool.
When cool, chill for at least 1 hr.
Whisk cream & sugar until soft peaks. Spoon on top of pie just before servings. Sprinkle with chocolate.
