BBQ corn on the cob with miso butter and smoked paprika
Place the butter in a bowl and leave to warm up to room temperature.
Add the miso paste.
Mix together until well combined.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Scrub the corn and insert a skewer into each.
Spread the corn generously with the miso butter.
Dust with smoked paprika.
Grill in an oven or wrap in tinfoil and cook on a BBQ.
