add the yellow frosting to the cupcakes and smooth them out to create the face.
Add the white part of the eye with a #10 tip.
draw black lines to make the goggle straps next to the eyes.
I used brown to make the iris.
with a #2 tip dot some white on the eye
with gray frosting make a circle around the eye to complete the goggles.
draw smiles on them
Add some hair, I used a #2 tip and you are done.
