Tic tac box. Cardboard for the base, painted brown or stained. Clay (can use air dry clay) for the "driftwood, shells and rock". Loose tea for the "dirt". Cardstock for the "fish, greenery" and for the tank's top and bottom trim. Magazine photo for the scenery. Clear plastic from packaging (like what toys come in) to close up the open end. White glue to put it all in place.
