I had a birthday/St. Patrick's Day party to go to with my fellow Gothians and there were prizes for those who dressed up so while I was walking through the Dollar Store I found this awesome green wig and decided to go green Victorian with a mini top hat. I have seen these mini top hats online and in stores but being a single mom and frugal minded and pretty crafty I figured I could whip one up without the cost of those store bought. Pretty much all items were things I had on-hand or purchased very inexpensively at my local dollar store. It was pretty easy to make and I have been thinking of making another (or several) and this time I will take pics as I go to make a tutorial. The longest time is waiting for the glitter glue to try. Other than that it is pretty quick to put together.
