I needed a top hat for my mad hatter costume and this was the result. Super easy to make (plus nobody else will have the same costume :P) Based on various mini top hat how to's. I used the middle bit from a plastic cup, black cardboard, a headband (I didn't have a black one so I had to colour one in with a sharpie this took half the time to make it), superglue to keep all the material together and black material. For the decorations I used little things from around the house: mini playing cards, material scraps and felt.
