Mini top hat for big occasions
I made this mini top hat for my best mate as a birthday present, I just made the template from cardboard and played around with the shape until it looked right then covered it in felt tucking in all raw edges and the adding embellishments, pretty cute I think for a "I have no idea what I'm doing" project. Hope you guys like it.
