My friends Katie & Phil have opened a new craft shop called Thread & Heather near our house, so I decided to make them a little gift using the supplies from my first shopping spree.

Gather your supplies.
Because I'm using a mini canvas, I had to cut the crayons in half.
I then started glueing the crayons to the top of the canvas with my trusty glue gun.
Keep glueing the crayons on until you've covered the length of the canvas.
When you're ready, hold your heat gun about 5 inches from your canvas and start melting those crayons.
Melt away until you're happy with the design.
I scratched out some words with the end of a pen in my design but you could draw a picture or write your name.
Stand back and admire your artwork!
