A great treat to use up the small mini eggs.

You will need

200 g Self-Raising Flour 50 g Butter 2 tbsp Sugar 1 Egg 50 ml Milk 40 g Chocolate Eggs

A great treat to use up the small mini eggs.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Rub together the butter & flour.

2. 

   Stir in the sugar.

3. 

   Break up the mini eggs. Add the egg, chocolate eggs & milk to the mixture to form a dough. You may not need all of the milk.

4. 

   Roll into golf ball size balls. Place on to a baking tray. Flatten down a little.

5. 

   Bake for 15 mins.

6. 

   Serve.
