A great treat to use up the small mini eggs.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 200 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 40 g Chocolate Eggs

Steps (6 steps, 30 minutes)

    Heat oven 200 degrees.

    Rub together the butter & flour.

    Stir in the sugar.

  3. 3

    Break up the mini eggs.

    Add the egg, chocolate eggs & milk to the mixture to form a dough.

    You may not need all of the milk.

    Roll into golf ball size balls.

    Place on to a baking tray.

    Flatten down a little.

    Bake for 15 mins.

    Serve.
