I hope your apple pie is freaking worth it!!!
A couple of days ago a friend brought me some freshly picked apples.
I love my friends.
I hate apples.
However, I couldn't say no to garden apples and thought I could make my boyfriend some apple pies.
My baking reputation precedes me (not in the good ways), so I had to go online to search for some pie crust recipes.
It was fairly easy to make, once I stopped trying to make the dough with a hand mixer.

The first thing I did was ot cut the butter in little squares so that the mixing process is easier.
Then I added it to the flour and salt in a bowl.
Since I dont have a fancy mixer (unemployed, dont judge) i had to do the mixing part the dirty way, by hand. The secret is to squeze the squares together with the flour to get it all well blended.
Now it's the time to empty our apples. I wanted to try something I saw on pinterest, wich were the apple pies INSIDE the apple, so I took 3 apples out of the six i had to try it out. I emptied those 3 apples and put them aside.
I also cut the other 3 apples and the apples' insides in squares.
Next thing I forgot to take photos, but you pretty much have to stuff the apples with the apple-cinnamon mix and then decorate with the stripes of dough
I had some mix and dough and stuffing left, but since I dont have anything to cook a pie on, I decided to make little squares of pies.
Leave it in the oven until it is goldeny.
