This will be the 2nd time tonight I have recommended TKB Trading here. They sell everything you need to make your own mineral eye-makeup: Pigment, Titanium Dioxide and Mag. Stearate. It's a DIYer's dream there and they are really affordable and sell samples of all pigments and mica's:
so you just walk into a store like, say, rite-aide and go, "excuse me, but do you have any titanium dioxide or possibly some magnesium sterate? or perhaps some mica pigments?"
really is that all you do?
