These have a tasty, Christmasy flavour. They are easy to make & always a hit.

You will need

400 g Oats 100 g Butter 100 g Honey 100 g Brown Sugar 300 g Mincemeat

These have a tasty, Christmasy flavour. They are easy to make & always a hit.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Melt the butter & mincemeat together.

2. 

   Add the sugar & honey. Heat until the sugar dissolves.

3. 

   Add the oats. Stir through.

4. 

   Pour into a tin & level. Bake for 20 mins.

5. 

   Remove from the oven & cool slightly. Cut into slices.

6. 

   Serve
