Christmas Mincemeat Flapjacks
These have a tasty, Christmasy flavour.
They are easy to make & always a hit.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Melt the butter & mincemeat together.
Add the sugar & honey.
Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add the oats.
Pour into a tin & level.
Bake for 20 mins.
Remove from the oven & cool slightly.
Cut into slices.
