This gorgeous blue smokey eye is a great change from Browns and blacks and really makes a statement. Just make sure you blend each step really well!
1. Add white shadow all over your eye
2-4. Add 3 blue shadows starting with the lightest and each time keeping the shadow lower than the last- you may find it helpful to change your brush for a smaller brush each time

5. Add glitter to the lid and apply liner
6. Add liner and shadow to lower lash area and stick on your lashes
7. Choose a cool toned or nude lipstick to go with the look
