Microwave Steamed pudding
A quick sticky pudding.
Easy to make.
You can serve it on its own or with ice cream or custard.
You need to eat it when it has just been cooked.

Step 1Grease a 1 Ltr Pudding basin.
Pour in the extra 5 tbsp of syrup.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together.

Step 3Pour into a bowl.
Place a circle of greaseproof paper on top & tie with string.

Step 4Cook in 750 W microwave for 12 mins.
Allow to stand for a further 10 mins.

Step 5Turn upside down & let the sauce run over.
Cut into portions.

Step 6Serve with custard or ice cream.
