You will need

Minced Beef Onions Peppers Garlic Tined Tomato Salsa Black Beans Kidney Beans Tortilla Chips Soured Cream Cheese Spring Onions

Easy to make. Great for feeding a crowd. You can spice it up if you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Brown the mince, onion, peppers & garlic together.

2. 

   Add the tined tomato. Simmer until reduced.

3. 

   Add the salsa. Heat through.

4. 

   Add the beans. Stir to heat through.

5. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Layer tortilla chips on the bottom of a dish.

6. 

   Top with mince mixture.

7. 

   Sprinkle with sour cream.

8. 

   Sprinkle with spring onions.

9. 

   Sprinkle with cheese. Continue to layer up with all ingredients.

10. 

    Bake for 30 mins.

11. 

    Serve.
