Step 1Brown the mince, onion, peppers & garlic together.

Step 2Add the tined tomato.
Simmer until reduced.

Step 3Add the salsa.
Heat through.

Step 4Add the beans.
Stir to heat through.

Step 5Heat oven 175 degrees.
Layer tortilla chips on the bottom of a dish.

Step 6Top with mince mixture.

Step 7Sprinkle with sour cream.

Step 8Sprinkle with spring onions.

Step 9Sprinkle with cheese.
Continue to layer up with all ingredients.
