Very, very easy to make! And very, very yummy to eat!
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Sift sugar so it's nice and fine. Beat egg whites until there are foamy bubbles, then add the sugar in bit by bit. Beat at medium speed until the mixture is white, shiny and stiff. Drop dallops of the meringue onto a buttered cookie sheet. Bake for three hours, placing a wooden spoon in the oven door to keep it from closing all the way. The cookies should be dry and hard. They should pop right off the sheet. ENJOY! :D
