I took a men's dress shirt which I had already tailored. I cut the sleeves off. I cut a straight line straight line across just under the collar. I took the two 'flaps', folded them over and sewed a casing for the drawstring. I made the drawstring and the belt from the sleeves and the top part I cut off. I stung the string through the saing and tied a bows on both shoulders. If you want an in depth tutorial I can make one. I found out after i had already been inspired that there was a tutorial on how this was made.
