Sorry for everything being sideways. Found this man's button up on a thrift shop hunt and turned it into a mini dress to wear with leggings. I used and old tank top to make the waist band to lengthen it and cinch the middle. I then used the sleeves to make the ruffles. I was really happy with how it turned out. It's also super comfy to wear.
