You will need

45 g Sugar 55 g Butter 1/2 tsp Vanilla 70 g Self-Raising Flour Coconut Cherries

Sweet & tasty. Easy to make

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 170 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Add flour & make into a dough.

4. 

   Roll into balls. (Approximately 1 tbsp size).

5. 

   Roll the balls in some coconut. Place on tray & press down a little.

6. 

   Top with a piece of cherry.

7. 

   Bake for 15 mins until golden brown. Let cool on tray.

8. 

   Serve.
