1. Paint a badge with nail polish

2. Stick on seed beads,sequins,fabric scraps

3. Stick on beads&sequins some bigger bead and other cute stuff

4. Stick lace around the badge and secure with glue on the back

5. Stick a safety pin to the lace horizontally and nag a charm on it-voila!
