This is a great family meal. It can be made in advance & reheated.

You will need

1 1/2 lbs Mincemeat 3/4 cup Oatmeal 3/4 cup Milk 1 Egg 1/2 cup Onions Finely chopped 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper Gravy

This is a great family meal. It can be made in advance & reheated.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/180 degrees Place all ingredients into a bowl, except the gravy. Combine thoroughly.

2. 

   Press into a tin. Cover with foil.

3. 

   Bake in the oven for approx 1 hr 20 mins. Remove the foil with 20 mins to go.

4. 

   Cut into portions. Cover the meatloaf with gravy.

5. 

   Serve with veg & potatoes.
