I got some little measuring tapes for 99c each at hobby lobby and thought this would be fun to do..I really enjoyed the 2 I made and I
have more to do ..they would make great bazzar crafts.The owl is where I got the idea, Im sure I can do better as I did these at 2 in the morning..in bed..lol..much fun..
