this was for my brother and i followed a simple hat pattern for most of it then just made up around the eyes as i went. i tried making another and it didnt work im going to try again at some point hopefully it will like me better.

Instructions

  1. Ok so for the mask bit on this hat I have counted off the hat so hopefully it will work for you if you try this.

  2. Abbreviations: Ch: Chain stitch Tr: Treble stitch Dc: Double crochet *: repeat to the end of the round Sl St: Slip stitch 1 ½ balls of 8 ply yarn Size 3.5 crochet hook

  3. The Beanie Joins are all in top of 3 ch. Turn at the end of each round. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ><)))> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Begins at top in the centre. Ch 5 sl st in first chain. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ><)))> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Round 1: Ch 3, 12 tr in ring. Join with sl st in top of ch .
