Easy to prepare.
Can be eaten right away or prepare in advance until needed.
Mix the flour, garlic powder & onion salt together.
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Fry in a little oil.
Remove from the pan & set aside.
Fry the onion, garlic & mushroom until softened.
Add a little flour & stir through.
Add the wine to the pan & cook out for a few mins.
Add the stock bring to a boil & allow to thicken.
Add the mascarpone & stir through.
Pour over the chicken
