Step 1Mix the flour, garlic powder & onion salt together.
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.

Step 2Fry in a little oil.
Remove from the pan & set aside.

Step 3Fry the onion, garlic & mushroom until softened.

Step 4Add a little flour & stir through.

Step 5Add the wine to the pan & cook out for a few mins.

Step 6Add the stock bring to a boil & allow to thicken.

Step 7Add the mascarpone & stir through.

Step 8Pour over the chicken

Step 9Serve.
