You will need

6 tbsp (brown) Sugar , 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Almond Essence 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

1. 

   In a clean bowl, mix the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the almond essence and then the olive oil, mixing everything together.

2. 

   Apply in the shower, avoiding the face and any sensitive areas, once a week.
