This tart is soo good...and the best part? It never ever EVER flops! You really can't do anything wrong with it! I usually add a little more than half a cup of lemon juice cuz then it has this amazing tangy taste, but that's just my opinion :) The time doesn't include the time it's in the fridge, it's just really really easy to prepare so it's fast.

Description

This tart is soo good...and the best part? It never ever EVER flops! You really can't do anything wrong with it! I usually add a little more than half a cup of lemon juice cuz then it has this amazing tangy taste, but that's just my opinion :) The time doesn't include the time it's in the fridge, it's just really really easy to prepare so it's fast.

Instructions

  1. Small 27082010595 1283414375

Mix condensed milk and lemon juice, then add the pineapple chunks and mix well

  2. Small 27082010599 1283414413

Enter the marshmallows! Cut them in bite-size chunks and throw em in and mix (You can us as many or as little as you like)

  3. Small 27082010601 1283414466

Now beat the cream. It has to be very stiff otherwise the tart isn't gonna set in the fridge. Then mix it with the rest of the mixture

  4. Small 27082010596 1283414530

Pack your biscuits on the bottom of your dish. I always pack them up on the sides as well, it helps when you serve the tart because each slice comes out neater. (Don't you just love the heart pattern?)

  5. Small img 5812 1283414618

Pour everything gently into the dish and crumble the remaining biscuits over your tart. Then stick it in the fridge to set. This isn't my pic, I had a blonde moment and deleted mine from my phone by mistake :( and it was such a pretty tart too! When it has set, take it out and serve! It's not gonna last long anyway
