So amazingly good...it won't last long
This tart is soo good...and the best part? It never ever EVER flops! You really can't do anything wrong with it!

I usually add a little more than half a cup of lemon juice cuz then it has this amazing tangy taste, but that's just my opinion :)

The time doesn't include the time it's in the fridge, it's just really really easy to prepare so it's fast.

  • How to make a pudding. Marshmallow Fridge Tart - Step 1
    Step 1

Mix condensed milk and lemon juice, then add the pineapple chunks and mix well

  • How to make a pudding. Marshmallow Fridge Tart - Step 2
    Step 2

Enter the marshmallows! Cut them in bite-size chunks and throw em in and mix
(You can us as many or as little as you like)

  • How to make a pudding. Marshmallow Fridge Tart - Step 3
    Step 3

Now beat the cream. It has to be very stiff otherwise the tart isn't gonna set in the fridge. Then mix it with the rest of the mixture

  • How to make a pudding. Marshmallow Fridge Tart - Step 4
    Step 4

Pack your biscuits on the bottom of your dish. I always pack them up on the sides as well, it helps when you serve the tart because each slice comes out neater.
(Don't you just love the heart pattern?)

  • How to make a pudding. Marshmallow Fridge Tart - Step 5
    Step 5

Pour everything gently into the dish and crumble the remaining biscuits over your tart. Then stick it in the fridge to set.

This isn't my pic, I had a blonde moment and deleted mine from my phone by mistake :( and it was such a pretty tart too!

When it has set, take it out and serve! It's not gonna last long anyway

Yes you can use real cream. It's only gonna be a little richer

Is orly whip like Elmlea (fake cream!) or Alpro (soya cream)? We don't have that brand here. Would actual cream work?
