Marshmallow Fondant

I tried this out because it looked soooo tasty! My big mistake was that I put Lemon Flavoring instead of Vanilla Flavoring, so it tasted not as good as expected. And I really had problems with the consistence when I wanted to use it as decoration for a cake, so I just ate it in little pieces.... ;-) maybe somebody knows what I did wrong..? Would be helpful ^^
