This recipe saved the day! I had originally bought 5lbs of pre-packaged fondant to make a coach purse cake for my sisters birthday.I had never worked with fondant before and made the mistake of covering it overnight with plastic...needless to say I woke up and the whole cake had collapsed. I had already spent too much money on the pre-made fondant and remembered seeing this recipe.I spent around ten dollars for the marshmallows and sugar, and it made more mmf than I needed!! The cake turned out great, and this recipe was 100 times easier to work with and tasted better than the other stuff...this will be my permanant fondant recipe!
