Marie Antionette loses her head
This is my first "gross" costume. It took three week of straight sewing to make the dress. And the fake chest is made out of brown packing tape, stuffing and spray in foam insulation. I made a harness out of a back pack and PVC pipes. She made look heavy but with everything being out of light weight materials and it sitting on my back it was comfortable. I had to bend down a few inches to clear the doorways, I'm 5'9. The wig is also made out of spray insulation foam. My friend sprayed it on my head. It was quite funny! Then I hot glue 4 wigs on the mold. I put an hour for this but I really don't have any idea how many hours I spent on this. It sure was fun making it though.

Thank you all so much. This is my favorite costume that I have made so far. I think because it took a little bit of everything I know to make it. I did see one like this before she used copper pipes for the harness. I can not weld a bit but love to use PVC pipes. I'm going to post some more of my costumes soon.
