Margarita Cupcakes

There are plenty of different recipes for this cupcake - and unfortunately I can't remember which one I used. Very sweet though. And very limey. I do remember breaking out a can of frozen margarita mix and adding it to a white cake mix - the rest of the details are a little bit foggy...thanks Cinco de Mayo...just kidding. There's no actual alcohol in these - drinking isn't something we really do... Still very yummy - and cute too :)

I made the frosting from scratch. It's a simple buttercream with lots of lime juice. I like it very tart.
