You Will Need

Step 1Sponge a layer of pink from the corner of the eye, and up into the hairline.

Step 2Add a layer of metallic purple to the edges.

Step 3Using a brush, outline the purple edges with dark plum. Using a dry brush, drag the color into the metallic purple.

Step 4Using a small brush, outline the plum with black. Go back with a dry brush and drag the black into the plum.

Step 5Using a brush, outline the eye. Be sure that your lines come to a point.

Step 6Using a brush, add black swirls, curls and dots. Try to follow the contour of the face.

Step 7Using the handle of a brush add the teal polka dots. Be sure that the sizes of the dots are varied.

Step 8Last, add gold glitter and color in the lips with metallic purple and black.
What I don't understand though, is why it was featured in "More from Nail Painting & Manicures". But hey, random stuff is random!
