Step 1
put one dot of each color in the bowl of water about four times as fast as you can go.

Step 2
get your long tooth pick and swirl it around SLOWLY for about 20 seconds

Step 3
dip your nails in the bowl but not too deep for 10 seconds

I've tried a few times before but it never swirled and just gunked up I was using glitter polish so maybe that had something to do with it.
