This is incredibly easy to make and is a great alternative to very spicy salsas.

You will need

12 oz Cherry Tomatoes 3 Sweet Peppers 1 Medium Mango 2 limes 1 1/2 juiced and 1/2 diced and added to salsa 1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder Chili Powder to taste 1 tbsp Avocado oil

Instructions

   Your ingredients.

2. 

   This whole recipe is basically a matter of dicing your large ingredients and putting it into a food processor and blitzing it up.

3. 

   Then take out and store for up to an hour before serving so that the flavors all have enough time to meld together and blend properly. Also salt to taste, however you like.
