Malted & Vanilla Chocolate Truffles

These are simple to make & taste amazing.

You can roll them in any topping you prefer.

You can also add alcohol to the chocolate if you like.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 4 oz white Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Malted Milk Powder
  • topping

  • Chocolate Powder
  • Malted Milk Powder
  • Coconut

Steps (11 steps, 20 minutes)

    Heat cream until just forming bubbles.

    Pour half cream into white chocolate.

  3. 3

    Pour half cream into dark chocolate.

  4. 4

    Cover both bowls with cling film & allow to until chocolate is melted.

    Stir to combine chocolate & cream.

    Add vanilla to white chocolate mixture.

    Add malted milk powder to the dark chocolate.

    Keep stirring until it comes together. It might look like its splitting but keep stirring.

    Allow to cool a little then put in fridge for approx 2 hrs.

    Spoon the chocolate into small ball portions.

  10. 10

    Combine the chocolate & malted powder.

    Roll in topping.

    Serve.
